The newsletter is sent using \u201cBrevo\u201d, a newsletter software from the German provider Sendinblue GmbH, K\u00f6penicker Stra\u00dfe 126, 10179 Berlin<\/p>\n

The data processing is carried out on my behalf on the basis of an order processing contract that I have concluded with Brevo. In this contract, Brevo undertakes to protect my users\u2019 data, to process it only on our behalf and, in particular, not to pass it on to third parties. Brevo undertakes to comply with EU data protection regulations.<\/p>\n
I use the so-called double opt-in procedure to subscribe to my newsletter. This means that after you have registered, I send an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided asking you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. This confirmation is necessary to ensure that no-one can register with other people\u2019s e-mail addresses. Registration for the newsletter is logged in order to be able to prove the registration process in accordance with legal requirements. This includes storing the time of registration and confirmation as well as the IP address. Changes to your data stored by Brevo are also logged. If you do not confirm your registration within 4 weeks, your information will be blocked and deleted after one month.<\/p>\n
I only need your e-mail address to send you the newsletter. After your confirmation, I will save your e-mail address for the purpose of sending you the newsletter.<\/p>\n
The email addresses of my newsletter subscribers, as well as their other data described in this notice, are stored on Brevo\u2019s servers in the EU.<\/p>\n

I would like to point out that after the newsletter has been sent, your user behaviour with regard to my newsletter will be evaluated by me. With Brevo, I have the option of linking your personal data with so-called SmartTags. When you register, you will automatically receive a tag with the name of the relevant registration form. In addition, Brevo automatically sets the tags \u201cemail received\u201d, \u201cemail opened\u201d, \u201cemail clicked\u201d and \u201cemail viewed in browser\u201d. This processing is also based on your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.<\/p>\n
If you do not wish to be analysed, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter or revoke your consent (see above).<\/p>\n
