Consumers in Germany appear to be extremely committed when it comes to taking advantage of the best bonus offers. Almost three quarters of German citizens actively participate in bonus programs, which is well above the European average. The loyalty sector has been rewarding its loyal participants for years and has now been honored for the third time at the German Bonus Awards.
Whether it’s points, miles or cashback, around three quarters of all Germans actively participate in various bonus programs. The German Bonus Awards offer consumers, experts, media representatives and VIPs a platform to recognize the achievements of an industry that has been inspiring numerous customers for years with its commitment, innovation and inspiration.
In total, more than 149,000 consumers took part in the voting in nine different categories. The programs of the year were awarded in the categories of shopping, travel, hotels, lifestyle, finance and cashback. In addition to our categories from the last year, we introduced the Loyalty Workation Awards for the first time. For all other categories customers also voted for the best points-earning campaign, the best customer service and the best app.
