in Belgium and The Netherlands are nations of value seekers. When it comes to the right bonus, over 70% of Belgian and Dutch people actively participate in loyalty programs, with an average of 3.4 loyalty programs per person.
The customer loyalty industry in both countries is thriving. Together, there are almost 2000 programs and experts claim there is a massive opportunity for growth.
After several successful years of the German Bonus Awards, Stampix joined the organisation to launch the very first BENE Bonus Awards, wishing to bring recognition to the best Loyalty Strategies and Initiatives in Belgium and the Netherlands.
The BENE Bonus Awards provide a platform for your customers, experts, media representatives, and influencers to express their views and acknowledge the accomplishments of an industry that has been delighting consumers for years.
As part of the BENE Bonus Awards, one of the largest consumer research surveys on the subject of bonus and cashback programs is conducted. The aim is to find out exactly how people use bonus points and cashback, what is particularly important to them when collecting them, and – above all – what programs and providers can learn from this for the future.

The Customer Awards are pure customer centricity. Here, customers rate the programs, promotions and customer service.
In the Jury Awards – the Expert Awards and the Media Award – recognized experts, journalists and VIPs evaluate the entries in various categories.
In contrast to the other two awards, the Expert Awards are staged as an international competition in Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands.
As a result, the Bonus Awards offer a detailed look at the nominated programs and the future of the customer loyalty industry. The competition showcases the best programs – whether they come from an established company or a start up.
The only thing you need to do: Submit your programs to us. All submissions will be evaluated by the nominating committee.

for the Best Action/Promotion subcategory only; no additional
submissions are required for other subcategories.
At the same time, you will receive template files from us to prepare your member communication for the voting period.
VOTING
03.02. – 23.02.2025
The public voting will take place from February 3 to 23, 2025.
During the voting process, we will promote the vote through PR
and you through activities in your own member base.
AWARD CEREMONY
Ghent, April 1, 2025
The winners will be announced at an award ceremony as part of
the 2nd edition of the BENE Loyalty Meet Up, now Loyalty Day
on April 1, 2025.
The top three winners in each category will receive a trophy
and digital badges that they can use for their public
communication.
